Sunshine stunner! Jessica Chastain is a vision as she draws attention to her hourglass curves in a bright yellow strapless gown at the Cannes Opening Night Gala premiere

She's not one of the stars of the film, but Jessica Chastain certainly made a lasting impression as she graced the red carpet at the Opening Night Gala premiere of Cafe Society during the 69th annual Cannes Film Festival on Wednesday.
The 39-year-old actress looked every inch the classic Hollywood beauty as she joined the film's stars, members of the Cannes jury and others at the iconic Palais des Festivals et des Congrès for the kick-off of the prestigious movie event.
She showed off her fantastic curves in a bright yellow sunshine-inspired gown, combined with Piaget jewels, which drew attention to her ample chest and slim waistline.

The ballgown-style garment included an emphasised sweetheart neckline at the top of a slight wrapover-style corseted top half, the canary yellow fabric then creeping snugly over her hips before falling into a long skirt with a train.

Thanks to the low-cut design of the gorgeous number, Jessica showed off just a hint of her ample cleavage and decolletage, while the super-snug hourglass-shaped waistline drew attention to her lovely frame.
A long, slim train fell from the back of the top, down her frame and onto the floor for a touch of added elegant decadence.
Jessica's famous red hair was worn in a very on-trend style: cut into a long bob and tousled in slight waves, sitting just above her shoulders.
The Zero Dark 30 star completed her eye-catching look with a glittering silver Piaget necklace sat on her bare chest, and little else, clearly not feeling the need to clutter her look.
Joining Jessica on the red carpet was French actor Vincent Lindon, her date for the evening. The rugged 56-year-old looked sharp in a classic black suit, white shirt and tie combination.
Jessica and Vincent joined the stars of Cafe Society on the red carpet, including Blake Lively, Kristen Stewart, Jesse Eisenberg and Corey Stoll, as well as the film's director Woody Allen.
Also arriving in sublime style were the Cannes jurors, with glamorous actresses Kirsten Dunst and Vanessa Paradis leading the way.
And other famous faces were there, too, making sure to get into the Cannes action on the first night ahead of the festival, which ends on Sunday 22 May - Eva Longoria wowed in white, Julianne Moore looked sensational in a sheer gothic-inspired black dress and Naomi Watts was lovely in a lilac column dress.
Fashion designer Victoria Beckham looked wonderful in a black and white bustier top teamed with slim-fitting black trousers, while supermodels Bella Hadid, Lily Aldridge and Doutzen Kroes made the most of their enviable forms.
Meanwhile, once inside the prestigious venue - sat on the Cannes waterfront - Jessica and Vincent walked out arm-in-arm on the stage to address the gathered audience before the film's screening began.
Earlier in the day, Blake lively led the way at the the photocall for Cafe Society at the opening day of the 69th Cannes Film Festival.
The 28-year-old looked absolutely beautiful as she led the star-studded arrivals wearing a beautiful red jumpsuit which allowed a hint of her baby bump to be seen.
The fitted number was low-cut and had spaghetti straps and had a matching neck tie which added an extra touch of elegance to the look.
Actress Blake wore her caramel blonde locks up in a ponytail and she gave a glimpse of her pretty metallic silver sandals as she ascended some steps ahead of her photo opportunity.
The movie tells the story of a young man who arrives in Hollywood during the 1930s hoping to work in the film industry. There, he falls in love, and finds himself swept up in the vibrant café society that defined the spirit of the age.
Blake plays the character of Veronica in the movie and stars alongside Kristen Stewart, who plays Vonnie and Jesse Eisenberg, who plays Bobbie. It is slated for release on July 15 in the USA.
She was in good company on the day as she giggled with Kristen who looked elegant in a white Chanel skirt, flashing a hint of her toned tummy in a cropped T-shirt.
Of course, she added a punk vibe to her chic ensemble, flaunting her platinum blonde locks and dark roots as she smiled for the cameras. Flashing an inking on her arm, she added some inches to her height with a pair of black and white Christian Louboutin heels.
Clearly they weren't the most comfortable of footwear as she soon whipped them off and carried them in her hands.
She wore a smattering of gold chains around her neck and even took some snaps of her fans on a disposable camera.
Director Woody Allen stood alongside the girls and later sat alongside them and Jesse as he accepted questions and answers about the movie from journalists.
He was spotted sneakily checking his phone for messages during a quiet moment.
