Eva Longoria lets her natural beauty shine on makeup-free stroll in Beverly Hills... as she gears up for the premiere of her directorial debut

Eva Longoria was spotted on a stroll in Beverly Hills on Thursday afternoon.

The 47-year-old star went makeup-free as she stepped out and picked up a coffee while wearing a chic casual outfit.

The actress, who shared a throwback summer snap to her Instagram last month, is currently preparing for the release of her upcoming directorial debut, Flamin' Hot.

Longoria wore a nearly all-white outfit that included a button-up jacket and a crewneck sweater.

The Desperate Housewives star also donned a pair of loose-fitting sweat pants and a pair of athletic shoes.

The performer's gorgeous brunette hair cascaded onto her shoulders and contrasted perfectly with the light tone of her clothing. 

Development on Flamin' Hot was revealed to the public in 2018, and Longoria signed on as its director the following year.

According to Deadline, the performer came out on top of several other filmmakers who had expressed interest in working on the project.

The movie is centered on the story of Richard Montanez, a former janitor at a Frito-Lay factory who claimed to have come up with the idea for Flamin' Hot Cheetos and persuaded the company to change their marketing techniques.

The claim about his supposed idea, however, was thrown into question in an article that was published by the Los Angeles Times in 2021. 

Jesse Garcia signed on to appear in the movie that May, and other performers such as Dennis Haysbert, Tony Shalboub and Matt Walsh will also star.

Physical production took place that year and filming eventually concluded that August.

Longoria recently spoke about Flamin' Hot during an interview with People, where she remarked that she was happy to be able to tell an inspirational story. 

'You look at this guy and you go, "Oh wait, he did that. So that means I can do that." This is a hero. He's not wearing a cape, but man, is this story powerful,' she said.

The actress also expressed that she jumped at the chance to move from working in television to film. 

'I think it was like I had so much to prove and I really took that challenge on in every aspect,' she said.

Longoria went on to state that she wanted to set an example for other individuals looking to begin careers as filmmakers.

'I was nervous about the responsibility...and at the same time, the whole reason I wanted to direct and produce was to give opportunities to other women and people of color behind the camera,' she stated.

Flamin' Hot will premiere at the South by Southwest festival on March 11 before being released to the public through Hulu on June 9.
