A group of girls has been filmed allegedly beating up a 12-year-old girl at a busy bus stop in broad daylight.
Mobile footage captured the younger girl allegedly being assaulted and pushed to the ground at the Mount Druitt bus interchange, in western Sydney, on Monday.
The group of more than five girls allegedly assaulted the 12-year-old in their school uniforms.
In the video, one of the older girls can be heard yelling 'bash this s**t' before the victim is allegedly punched and kicked while on the ground, struggling to get up.
The victim was seen covering her face throughout the ordeal while several of the older girls took turns dragging her around the footpath.
At one point, two kicks could be seen hitting the younger girl in the face, only 10 seconds into the alleged assault, which lasted up to a minute.
Eventually, a male bystander tried to end the fight and help the 12-year-old to her feet.
She was later taken to hospital by paramedics who arrived at the scene after the group of teenagers had already dispersed.

The 12-year-old's aunt said she had no idea why her niece was allegedly attacked.
'They just jumped her for no reason,' her aunt told news.com.au.
'We were shopping at Westfield and came back to the station to catch the bus home. All of a sudden a gang of high schoolers, they just walked past her and picked her out and just jumped her.'
The alleged attackers were not known to the 12-year-old, her aunt claimed.
Instead, her aunt believes the alleged attack stemmed from an earlier incident between the two parties in a nearby Westfield shopping centre.
Now, the victim is trying to press charges against the group but NSW Police are understood to be waiting on Westfield CCTV as their investigation gets underway.
A second video from later the same day allegedly also caught the same group of teenagers assaulting another girl 4km away in Lethbridge Park where, the girl's aunt said she and her sister were allegedly assaulted in the altercation.
Footage of the second incident was uploaded to Snapchat by the group who captioned the video with several laughing emojis.
The girl's aunt also reported the second alleged attack to NSW Police who have confirmed they were aware of both incidents.
'About 6.50pm [on Monday], police were called to Mount Druitt bus interchange following reports of an assault,' NSW Police said.
'Officers attached to Mount Druitt Police Area Command attended and were told a girl had been assaulted by a number of teenage girls.
'All those involved in the assault had left the scene prior to police arrival. Police have commenced inquiries into the circumstances surrounding the incident.'
Police are urging anyone with information on the alleged assault to contact Crime Stoppers.
