The TV presenter, 61, took to her Instagram account to share two snaps of her outfit and her sensational curves.
Showing off the results of her dedication to the programme, the fitness fanatic donned a slimming all black-ensemble.

It comes after Carol raised some eyebrows when she shared a video to launch her new TikTok account in which she appeared to go topless.
In fact, Carol had a nude bikini on which was barely visible but that didn't stop some of her fans thinking she had posted something a little more daring.
Announcing she was now a TiKTok-er, Carol shared the clip on social media telling fans to join her and have 'a lot of fun' on the platform.
Looking over her shoulder, she said: 'Hello you lovely lot, I'm now on TikTok. Well, who'd have thought it?
'I'll see you there. If you click on the link in my bio, we can have a lot of fun on that. Looking forward to it. Have a lovely day, lots of love from Portugal.'
She later edited her post after seeing the comments from fans, to say: 'Laughing but I AM NOT TOPLESS....
