It proved to be quite a busy day for Tom who landed his helicopter in a fan's garden.

Alison Webb's family lapped up the Hollywood royalty's arrival, after previously being told an unnamed VIP needed somewhere to land as a result of Coventry Airport being temporarily closed.

Not only did the three-time Golden Globe winner pose for pictures, he gave a ride in his helicopter - for free - to Alison's children and their friends.

Tom didn't hesitate offering the free helicopter ride to Alison's children, his pilot taking them for a fly as he attended a meeting.

Alison described the day as 'incredible' and 'surreal', whilst struggling to believe it happened.
