Margot Robbie stuns in a feathered two piece and hot pink satin gloves as she and Mary Elizabeth Winstead lead the glamour at London's Birds of Prey premiere

The stars were out in force for the premiere of Margot Robbie's Birds of Prey: And the Fantabulous Emancipation Of One Harley Quinn at the BFI IMAX in London on Wednesday. 

The actress, 29, looked every inch the leading lady in a black feathered two-piece as she led the yellow carpet arrivals with her co-star Mary Elizabeth Winstead, 35. 

Margot, who returns in her Suicide Squad role of Harley Quinn in the movie, caught the eye as she teamed her co-ord with hot pink satin gloves. 

Margot flashed a hint of her toned stomach and back in the crop top, which had a plume of feathers draped over one shoulder. 

The Hollywood starlet complemented the look with a voluminous satin skirt, which had ruched detailing at the top. 

In a nod to her eccentric character, Margot amped up the glamour with pink evening gloves and wore her blonde locks in a sleek, straight look.  

Mary, meanwhile, exuded elegance as she arrived at the premiere in a rich red velvet dress.

The actress, who stars as Huntress,looked the epitome of glamour in the figure-flattering dress which had a sheer chiffon overlay atop of the skirt, which Mary lifted up as she twirled for the camera. 

The show-stopping gown featured silk bow straps, while a tassel belt cinched in her waist. 

Mary's hair was slicked back while her accessories comprised of a red dice handbag and black hoop earrings. 

Ashley James, 32, commanded attention once again as she slipped into a lilac structured blazer dress, complete with quirky cut-out detailing across the back of the garment.

Showcasing her lean legs, the former Made In Chelsea star's vibrant number skimmed her thighs while her height was boosted with a pair of strappy black heels, complete with bedazzled butterfly brooches.  

The DJ complemented her striking outfit with chandelier-style earrings, tied in with a classic box clutch. 

Scraping her blonde tresses into a high bun to showcase her beauty, Ashley looked radiant in dewy, purple-toned make-up.

Margot returns in her Suicide Squad role of Harley Quinn in the movie, alongside Mary Elizabeth Winstead and Ewan McGregor. 

The film stars Winstead as Huntress, Jurnee Smollett-Bell as Black Canary, Ella Jay Basco as Cassandra Cain, McGregor as villain Black Mask, Chris Messina as Victor Zsasz and Rosie Perez as Renee Montoya.

Ali Wong of Fresh Off The Boat, Robert Catrini of American Crime Story, Steven Williams of IT and Derek Wilson of Preacher complete the cast. 

Ewan recently discussed filming Birds of Prey, with production taking place last summer in Los Angeles, in an interview with Variety. 

'It was incredibly bonkers to shoot,' McGregor said. 'Every take was like a new experience.'

When asked why they shot it as an R-rated movie, McGregor said, 'It's a bit nasty' and Messina said, 'I think you can’t do a Harley movie and not make it rated R.' 

Cathy Yan, the mind behind Dead Pigs will direct the film as the first female Asian director to spearhead a superhero film. 

Christina Hodson of Bumblebee acted as scribe for the film's script.

The film's storyline centers on Quinn after she splits with Suicide Squad's Joker, played by Jared Leto.

It isn't long before the film sees Quinn, Huntress (Winstead), and Black Canary (Smollett-Bell) transform into a posse of powerful women who set off to protect another young woman from criminal mastermind Black Mask, played by McGregor.
