Christina Hendricks and her ex Geoffrey Arend list their swanky midtown Manhattan apartment for $1.25M ... a month after announcing split

A month after Christina Hendricks announced that she and Geoffrey Arend were going their separate ways, the former couple has listed their Manhattan love nest. 

The actress is looking to unload her swanky pre-war Manhattan condo for a pretty penny, $1.25 million to be exact.

Hendricks and her soon-to-be actor ex purchased the modesty sized apartment four and a half years ago, according to Variety. 

Located in midtown-west, the charming home is full of '1930's charm' while maintaining all the modern amenities one would need as it was 'exquisitely renovated,' according to a listing.

Space goes for a premium in the concrete jungle that is Manhattan and despite the condo's hefty price tag, it comes in at just under 800 sq ft. 

The apartment is a one bedroom, one bathroom space with a renovated kitchen and a small office space. It has a walk-in closet, charming built in bookcases and even a fireplace. 

Christina's apartment is located in a larger complex of doorman buildings which features shared amenities for residents like a 'billiards room, music room, card room, library, private dining room, banquet room with caterer's kitchen and two planted rooftop sundecks with seating.'

The Mad Men star and her husband of over a decade announced that they would be divorcing in a joint statement on social media in October.

They began the post: 'Twelve years ago we fell in love and became partners. We joined our two amazing families, had countless laughs, made wonderful friends and were blessed with incredible opportunities.'

The former couple asked for space to 'rediscover ourselves' during the split.

'We will be taking time to rediscover ourselves in this transition and we thank you for your patience and support in giving us the space to do so.'

The two married in New York in 2009. They have no children together.

Hendricks and Arend were introduced by her Mad Men co-star Vincent Kartheiser - and she said she found herself immediately drawn to him.

The day after the news that their marriage was done, Christina was seen speaking with movers who had rolled up in a big moving truck outside her property in Los Angeles.
