Teen Mom OG star Amber Portwood celebrates as daughter Leah turns 11: 'You are everything and more'

• She pleaded guilty last month to felony domestic battery and intimidation over July incident with Glennon and son 

Amber Portwood took to Instagram Tuesday to celebrate her daughter Leah's 11th birthday.

The Teen Mom OG star, 29, posted a picture of her daughter with ex Gary Shirley, 32, in which Leah was eating dinner on a Carnival cruise.

'Happy 11th Birthday my beautiful girl!!!' said the Anderson, Indiana native, who also has a one-year-old son James with ex Andrew Glennon. 'I love our hugs.

'I love our kisses and I love singing together while looking into each other's eyes. I love how you make me feel every time I see you. I love the text messages we send of funny gifs and when you say Goodnight but keep texting emojis.

Portwood said what she loves most of all is when Leah tells her, 'I love you mommy,' and she responds, 'I love you too beautiful.'

Portwood wrapped up in telling her daughter, 'You are everything and more,' before declaring, 'Happy Birthday my beautiful girl with the "ocean eyes."'

Portwood's November 2008 birth of Leah was broadcast on 16 and Pregnant the following year, and she's remained a mainstay on MTV programming in the 11 years since.

She said in an interview with E! News this past June that her relationship with Shirley 'was really good' and that 'it's like he's just part of the family.

'I think when I started looking at him like that, it really made everything much more easier - and vice versa. He was the same. He had to look at me that way, too. And now, it's like, we're always in each other's lives because of Leah.'

Speaking with US that month, she said that she called Shirley 'Uncle Gary' around her son.

The chats came about a month before a July incident in which Glennon told authorities that she hit him - and brandished a machete - as he held James.

Portwood pleaded guilty last month to felony domestic battery and intimidation in connection with the incident, and must complete two-and-a-half years of probation and a parenting course.

The embattled reality star previously pleaded guilty to two domestic battery charges in June of 2011 in connection with an attack on Shirley that had been broadcast on Teen Mom two years earlier. The pair parted ways in 2013.
