Halsey nails her off-duty style in a plunging minidress and shearling shirt as she steps out with a gal pal in LA

She recently confirmed her new romance with Evan Peters.

But Halsey enjoyed the company of a pal as she stepped out for lunch and a spot of shopping at Studio City, California on Tuesday. 

The singer, 25, nailed her off-duty style in a perilously plunging dress which she teamed with a pink shearling material shirt.  

Halsey, real name Ashley Nicolette Frangipane, added to her stylish look by draping her boxy white handbag across her body. 

She went make-up free for her outing while propping a pair of chic shades atop her short brunette tresses. 

Coffee in hand, Halsey looked in high spirits as she strolled along with her pal in a pair of grunge ankle boots. 

Her low-key outing comes after she appeared on The Ellen Degeneres Show, where she spoke about her passion for Halloween. 

After dressing up as Marilyn Manson, Halsey was also in the position of discussing her Sonny and Cher outfit with new beau Evan when she was given a fright from Ellen's scare box. 

Halsey and Evan made their red carpet debut on Saturday as they attended the American Horror Story Halloween Party. 

This comes after Halsey was seen having fun at theme park Six Flags Magic Mountain with Evan in late September. 

An onlooker told DailyMailTV that Evan appeared to be 'flirting' with the artist as they lined up for the Goliath roller coaster. 

A bystander said that the duo were 'laughing and flirting the whole time' and that it looked 'romantic.'

Halsey publicly revealed her crush on Evan seven years prior in a series of tweets, seemingly after watching him on American Horror Story.

She wrote in a tweet dated November 8, 2012: 'Seriously Evan Peters stop making me attracted to alleged sociopaths and accused murderers....'

One year later - on November 21, 2013 - she tweeted 'Petition for Evan Peters to date me' and one year after that, on November 13, 2014, she wrote: 'I'm a f*****g liar I'm so in love with Evan Peters I'ms so whipped I'm whipped as f**k!'

Before Evan, the stunning songstress was dating rapper Yungblud and prior to that was dating G-Eazy. 

Evan was previously engaged to his AHS co-star Emma Roberts.
