Natasha Lyonne models large blazer with shoulder pads as she asks 'am I enough or am I too much?' during The Cut's How I Get It Done series

She's a triple threat who knows how to make big things happen. Which is exactly why Natasha Lyonne was a guest on The Cut's How I Get It Done series on Monday in Brooklyn, New York.

She is best known as Nicky Nichols on the controversial, yet wildly popular TV show, Orange Is The New Black. But Natasha is much more than a feisty cell mate.

And during her interview the 39-year-old actress, writer and producer got real on her fight with the female experience and gave the audience a taste of what she's made of.

Natasha arrived to the set in the afternoon, wearing a look that matched her persona.

With black tights and pointy toed heels on, Natasha donned short, lilac colored shorts with a matching blazer.

The unique and fashionable look was accented with a giant sheer peach scarf that hung around the star's neck.

Strike a pose: Natasha worked her stuff as she let paparazzi capture photos of her in front of The Cut's banner

The powerhouse wore her orange hair down with her bangs swept to the side.

And she had on several rings to go with her bold, black nail polish.

During her visit, the American Pie actress posed for pictures, showing off her perfected pout.

She then was seen on stage to give what appeared to be one fiery talk.

While chatting with the audience, Natasha opened up about her struggles with the female experience.

She said, 'The female experience has always been like am I enough or am I too much, these two things go hand in hand in this way that’s really paralyzing.'

Sitting down with her Russian Doll co-star, Greta Lee, 35, Natasha revealed her battle with self worth, but ended on a positive note.

Natasha went on to say, 'It kinda frees you up to make things that are truly in your own voice because you have no choice.'

Role models galore: Natasha snaps a shot with Allison, Stella and Greta during their time on the show

Also on set that day were New York Magazine's Editor-In-Chief, Stella Bugbee and one of The Cut's authors, Allison Davis.

The inspiring women dazzled in a photo with one another before closing out the day.

How I Get It Done is New York Media's highly successful editorial franchise and sold out event series, which highlights powerful women and how they make their lives happen.
