Emma Roberts snaps up stylish 1920s Mediterranean villa with a tropical garden, mahogany interior and yellow walls in Los Feliz for $4million

She's hailed among the most stylish in Hollywood, from the red carpet to her off-duty wardrobe choices.
But Emma Roberts' impeccable taste has extended to her latest property purchase, after she snapped up a unique 1920s home in Los Feliz.
According to Variety, the 27-year-old actress spent $4million on a three-storey Mediterranean villa set in plush tropical gardens with a distinctive yellow exterior.
The house has no end of style, starting from the sunshine walls all the way through to the mahogany interior which gives a Spanish vibe.

The old-fashioned fire place and stone steps outside keep some of the original character, while modern updates like the plush suites and marble-effect worktops in the kitchen bring it right up to date.
Outside, the gardens feature a large pool and a jacuzzi-style tub which are shaded by overhanging, tropical greenery for plenty of privacy.
The house is believed to boast a dining room with a balcony and a plush master-suite with two mahogany closets, complete with a custom built-in bed.
It spans 3,800 square feet with three bedrooms and two full and two half bathrooms, all beautifully decorated.
No doubt, Emma's new Mediterranean style purchase has been inspired by her recent time spent filming in Spain for the forthcoming release, Paradise Hills.
Set to star alongside Eiza Gonzalez and Danielle Macdonald, Emma was in Spain as recently as March as she works on Alice Waddington on her directorial debut.
The project is a sci-fi thriller written by Brian DeLeeuw, Nacho Vigalondo and Sofia Cuenca.
It's not known whether Emma has made the home purchase solely for herself or with a view to sharing with boyfriend Evan Peters.
The couple have split twice since first meeting on the 2012 set of Adult World and have not been seen together since the star-studded Vanity Fair Oscars bash last month.
Emma has been looking for a new, permanent residence ever since selling her Laurel Canyon house to American Horror Story co-star Sarah Paulson for $1.65 million, two years ago.
Julia Robert's niece can now boast neighbours including Ellen Pompeo, Angelina Jolie, Natalie Portman and Kristen Stewart.
