'We have spent more time in hospital than out': Seven Year Switch's Ryan and Cassie share snaps of their newborn Mena from the special care unit

They welcomed their beautiful new baby Mena into the world just last week, but alluded to some health complications as she 'spent a short time in special care'.
And Seven Year Switch's Ryan and Cassie do not appear to be completely out of the woods yet, revealing to social media they've 'spent more time in hospital than out' since bringing her home.
Sharing a snap to Instagram on Wednesday, the reality couple showed their newborn with a butterfly bandage over her eyes and heart rate monitors attached to her tiny body.

'Baby Mena's first week.... We have spent more time in hospital than out. But we are home and we plan to stay here!' the couple wrote in the caption.

The reality stars made the announcement of the arrival of their fourth child last week, and were able to take her home from the hospital several days later.
A day prior, they shared another snap of her lying in her cot while gripping her father's index finger.
'Never let go little Angel! Little Mena has done so well this week. We are hoping today she will pass her last test and Mummy and Mena will be released to come home!' they wrote in the caption.
The couple announced they were expecting their fourth child in May after fans speculated about Cassie's 'baby bump' throughout the series.
'We found out a couple of days before we started filming, we wanted to keep it quiet for the time being because we've been through such hardships with our pregnancies,' they toldthe show.
Cassie, 33, said they wanted to keep it quiet because they have gone through 'hardships' with their pregnancies and lost their unborn son at 37 weeks.
Cassie said that they were not even sure if they were ready to have another baby.
'It's a scary process, this pregnancy has gone so quickly, I don't even know if I'm ready yet. We're excited, we can't wait,' she said at the time.
