Natasha Lyonne kisses her BFF Clea DuVall at Sundance premiere of The Intervention

Natasha Lyonne kissed her 'best friend of 20 years' Clea DuVall at the Sundance Film Festival premiere of her directorial debut The Intervention on Tuesday.

'Clea knows me so well, the version of me at two o'clock in the morning chain-smoking, sitting in her passenger seat,' the 36-year-old Emmy nominee explained to Variety last week.

'The last time we were all [at Sundance] it felt like we were young actresses. Now, I feel like we've grown up and have a lot going on behind the scenes, which feels pretty great I have to say.'

The SAG Award-winning duo haven't engaged in this kind of liplock since they played lesbians in the 1999 LGBTQ satire, But I'm a Cheerleader.

38-year-old Clea wrote, directed, and starred in the indie drama about a marriage intervention - which also features Alia Shawkat, Cobie Smulders, and Jason Ritter.

The Intervention is actually the New York native and LA native's third onscreen collaboration following last year's comedy Addicted to Fresno.

Joining Natasha and Clea at Eccles Center Theatre in Park City was their castmate and fellow But I'm a Cheerleader alum, Melanie Lynskey.

DuVall - who's never officially come out - appeared to be with the same brunette she was spotted passionately kissing at a LA park in 2013.

And Lyonne - who's believed to be straight - was last romantically linked with Fred Armisen and Andrew Zipern.
