Sydney Sweeney fans were less than enthusiastic about her going Instagram official with Scooter Braun and him gloating in response.
The blonde bombshell, 28, and the music mogul, 44, took the next step in their romance after 10 months of dating as she shared a sweet snap of them cuddled up to her Instagram Stories.
Taylor Swift's nemesis couldn't help but brag as he reposted his younger girlfriend's story on Wednesday with a rather crass two-word remark: 'Lucky bastard.'
One fan called the two an 'icky couple' in a Reddit comment following the social media hard launch.
'They make so much sense in the worst way,' another added.
Another wondered why a 'beautiful 28yr old multi millionaire woman' is dating 'a divorced dad in his mid 40s?'

However others defended the pair, with one commenting, 'God forbid she post a happy photo with her boyfriend.'
'Why feel bad for someone living her best life? She doesn't need your sympathy.'
The original photo featured Sweeney with a massive smile on her face while Braun stood behind her.
It was filtered in black and white and taken by famous photographer Eddy Chen.
Braun couldn't help but show off once again as previously on Wednesday he shared a post that read 'Sydney Sweeney Just Went No. 1 in Both Film and TV.'
The two have kept a relatively low profile since their relationship began but have become more public recently with Braun accompanying Sweeney to the Euphoria season 3 premiere in Los Angeles last week.

Last June, Sweeney initially crossed paths with the businessman as they were spotted mingling at Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez's wedding functions in Venice over the summer.
It came only months after it was revealed that Sweeney ended her engagement to Jonathan Davino in March 2025.
Meanwhile Braun was married to health activist Yael Cohen from 2014 until their divorce was finalized in September 2022. They share three children.
Sources later told Page Six that Braun had been 'obsessed' with the star after their meeting and began 'pursuing' her following the wedding.
That same month, it was reported that the two stars 'are casually dating' with an insider telling TMZ, 'Sydney has just ended a relationship and she's doing what women in their 20's do - she's dating.'
During a recent interview with Cosmopolitan published late last month, Sweeney opened up about navigating her love life in the spotlight.
'I was in a relationship for a very long time, for seven and a half years, and I never talked about it,' she said, referencing her past relationship with Davino.
'I was very private. No one would ever see us. I think it's important to have some things for myself. I understand that I'm a public person, but I'm still in my 20s.'
