The newest Bachelor Australia, Blake Garvey, is setting a high standard for grand gestures on the reality dating show- treating a potential love interest to a serenade by a stunning string orchestra.
The Perth-born auctioneer certainly hit the all the right notes when he flew his first date to the Sydney's Palm Beach by helicopter as filming got underway for the Channel Ten show.
And his efforts at wooing the pretty single appeared to pay off, judging by the pair's smiling faces as they strolled across the sand hand-in-hand together on Monday.

Blake's appeal was a winner from the start, with impressed Bachelor Australia producers earmarking him during early casting, with one saying he 'instantly set the level' for entrants.

And it seems he is living up to expectations, arranging an impressive first date complete with helicopter ride, champagne picnic and the private string orchestra to boot.
His efforts seem to have paid off, with the couple seen gazing lovingly into each other's eyes as they enjoyed a picnic on the sands and chatted animatedly in the Sydney sunshine.
Afterwards they enjoyed an idyllic stroll, hand-in-hand, and an intimate embrace.
