Coleen Nolan, 61, shows off 3.5 stone weight loss after dropping two dress sizes but admits 'I don't want to lose more weight'

Coleen Nolan has showed off her impressive weight loss while admitting she doesn't want to lose anymore weight after going from a size 20 to 14.

The Loose Women star, 61, lost an impressive 3.5 stone with weight-loss company Voy, which also promotes fat jabs.

In a new interview as she showed off her transformation, Coleen has said she now has more energy and her back troubles have improved.

She said: 'I feel so much better health-wise. My back's improved, I've got more energy. And confidence-wise, of course it helps.' 

Coleen continued to The Mirror: 'I don't want to lose any more weight – I'm happy.

'It's about maintaining now and having a healthy relationship with food and with myself. And with Voy you get 24-7 support.' 

Coleen recently shared how she had faced trolling online as a result of her weight loss. 

She shared: 'I tried to not let the trolls affect me, but it was hard when they were calling me fat and all these names, because those were things that I actually thought about myself.

The mother-of-three continued to Bella magazine: 'Now people attack me for the opposite, claiming I've lost too much weight. 

Only last year did Coleen swore by never using weight loss drugs like Ozempic as she said: 'I don’t believe in any of that.'

Despite working with Voy, Coleen didn't make clear to fans if she is or has taken any weight loss injections.

Coleen reportedly told The Sun: 'I’ve been open about my struggles with weight over the years, and when a recent blood test showed I was pre-diabetic, it really motivated me to take action for my long-term health.

'Working with the team at Voy has been a positive step forward. What appealed to me was their holistic approach, combining medical guidance with coaching, nutrition support, and mindset work. This isn’t about a quick fix; it’s about learning healthier habits and building sustainable change.

'What’s made the biggest difference for me is the support, structure, and positive mindset the programme has helped me create. I finally feel I’m taking control of my health in a way that’s right for me, and that allows me to enjoy life with my family.'

Coleen previously opened up about her weight in 2024 and said that she had a huge 'wake-up call' when she was told she was pre-diabetic. 

The presenter was given the concerning news after suffering from a nasty chest infection.

As reported by the NHS, type 2 diabetes can lead to several dangerous complications including kidney problems and coronary heart disease.

Coleen wrote in The Mirror: 'It's been a wake-up call to say, "OK, fatty, you've had enough snacks, step away from the fridge!"

'My new diet is a work in progress and I'm still getting used to reading labels to check sugar content. But I’ve cut out all unhealthy snacks like chocolate and crisps.'

Coleen is set to star in the new series of Celebs Go Dating, following her split from boyfriend Michael Jones in 2025 after four years.

News of her decision to sign up to the infamous reality show was revealed by The Sun at the end of last year.

According to the outlet, bosses are hoping that Coleen becomes the 'cougar' of the season - and if these first-look pictures are anything to go by, she certainly appears to be fulfilling that role.

Coleen even has a host of younger men lined up to date on the reality show, it has been claimed. 

The TV insider said: 'Coleen was on the top of the casting bosses' lists but they never thought she’d agree to take part and they can’t believe they’ve actually got her.

'She's never done a show like this before but she’s always so open and honest on the Loose Women panel, and a little bit saucy, so bosses believe she's going to be television gold.'

The insider added: 'They know that she's up for giving it a go and trusts the team to help her find Mr Right.'
