Jeremy Allen White showed off his ripped frame as he went shirtless on a run in Hollywood recently.

The Bear star, 32, who is rumored to be dating Selena Gomez, flaunted his six pack, toned pecs and muscular arms as he enjoyed some exercise in the sun.

The actor flaunted his numerous tattoos as he walked in a pair of shorts, teamed with a baseball cap and sneakers.

The star wore some earbuds as he began his exercise in the sun in a rare break form his hectic schedule. 

White recently received his first Emmy nomination in the category of Best Actor in a Comedy Series for his role of Carmen 'Carmy' Berzatto on the series.

He is nominated against Bill Hader (Barry), Martin Short (Only Murders in the Building), Jason Segel (Shrinking) and Jason Sudeikis (Ted Lasso).

Two months after his wife filed for divorce, White ditched his wedding band while shopping for groceries at Gelson's Market in Los Angeles on the Fourth of July.

White's estranged wife Addison Timlin Instastoried a snap of their two-year-old daughter Dolores and four-year-old daughter Ezer wearing matching floral ruffled frocks and fruit-patterned backpacks with sandals.

'He met this A-List singer-actress during a cover shoot for Vanity Fair, and they've been in touch since she returned to the States from filming overseas.'

White and two-time Grammy nominee Selena Gomez did, in fact, pose on opposite ends of the February cover of Vanity Fair's 29th annual Hollywood issue, which was shot by photographer Steven Klein.

Selena - who boasts 658.5M social media followers - confirmed she was available in a June 8 TikTok where she was watching a soccer game and yelled: 'I'm single! I am just a little high maintenance. But I'll love you so much!'

Gomez was last dubiously linked to singers like Zayn Malik (whom she's since unfollowed on Instagram) and The Chainsmokers' Drew Taggart.

The Shameless alum and the Rare Beauty founder might also be acquainted because they both work for the same streaming network - Hulu.

The second season of Christopher Storer's critically-acclaimed hit show The Bear - starring Jeremy as chef Carmen 'Carmy' Berzatto - dropped on Hulu June 22.
