And just six months after joining the site, the beauty is so successful that she has the option to pick and choose when or even if she wants to do acting jobs, with a source exclusively revealing to MailOnline that she's 'earning a lot of money' from her racy snaps and would only be tempted by an 'extremely serious' financial offer.

Kerching! Sarah Jayne is earning so much money from her X-rated OnlyFans snaps that she no longer needs to do any other work

The former Mandy Richardson star has been throwing herself into her new venture since turning her back on the Channel 4 soap for good, thrilling her fans with sizzling online content.

And following in the footsteps of the likes of Kerry Katona and Lottie Moss, the blonde bombshell has been earning some serious cash from her snaps, so much so that she need only work if she wants to.

A source told MailOnline of her success: 'She’s earning a lot of money from it, she’s earning enough so that she doesn’t have to do any other work. If an opportunity came up like another acting job or something like that, she doesn’t have to do it.

'It would have to be an amazing opportunity that she’d love to do or financially, it would have to be extremely serious because she doesn’t need the income from that stuff any more.'

Further explaining how well the soap star's subscription is going, they continued: 'When she launched OnlyFans, she went into the top 2% pretty much straight away, and she’s maintained that throughout. The interest in her is still just as high as it was when she launched.'

Addressing recent reports that Hollyoaks had left the door open for her to return by not killing her character off, the insider insisted that 'financially she just doesn’t need to' go back to the soap.

They added that now she's free from Hollyoaks, the mother-of-one is 'in control' of her life and has the freedom to do the school run and go on holiday as she pleases.

The source went on: 'She can basically pick and choose what she does. If something came in, for example her favourite TV show Strictly Come Dancing, of course she’ll do that because she loves the show.

Goodbye: The actress was famously axed from her Hollyoaks role over her refusal to quit the subscription site, with Sarah insisting her OnlyFans account was a way of empowering herself (pictured as Many Richardson)

'But if it was other stuff, it’s not really worth it, it’s not going to be enough for her financially for her to not do OnlyFans. She doesn’t need to do anything else really.'

And while it's not been revealed exactly how much she earns, with the stunner keeping her profits private, the source noted that it was safe to say she’s 'well into the six figures'.

Meanwhile, on whether she'd step things up a gear and go even raunchier, the star will only do what's comfortable for her and will not do things just for the money - with Sarah even inundated with requests for snaps of her feet!

They source added: 'She has so many weird and wonderful requests, but for her it has to be what she’s comfortable in doing as for her, the whole point of doing this is the empowerment.

'Owning the images, being in control of her look and what she is doing. As long as she’s comfortable, she’ll explore different avenues but it would never be something she’d do just for the money.'

Income: A source told MailOnline of her success: 'She¿s earning a lot of money from it, she¿s earning enough so that she doesn¿t have to do any other work. If an opportunity came up like another acting job or something like that, she doesn¿t have to do it'

Sarah's OnlyFans success comes months after she revealed she only joined OnlyFans after the pandemic brought her job offers to a standstill while filming for Hollyoaks was halted.

Speaking on Loose Women in February, Sarah Jayne explained how she struggled financially being without work during the coronavirus pandemic and wanted a stable from of work to rely on.

When asked if it has been worth it, Sarah said: 'Yes is the short answer. This not something I've done on a whim, I'd been thinking about it for months prior to launch. Lockdown is one of biggest reasons, it was difficult for all of us.

'The uncertainty of knowing what was going to happen after, would I have a job to go back to? Financially it was difficult.

'It was during that time I thought I needed something else that I can do that I can be creative and in control of. That's where thought process came from. It's been great. No regrets. It's changed my life.'

Success: 'It would have to be an amazing opportunity that she¿d love to do or financially, it would have to be extremely serious because she doesn¿t need the income from that stuff any more'
