The ex-wife of Michael Clarke told her followers in an Instagram post that she was sending 'so much love, laughter and light to anyone who just needs a little'.
Kyly, 40, accompanied the text with snaps from an impromptu photoshoot where she revealed her rock-hard abs and overall trim physique in activewear.
