Fitness guru Kayla Itsines debuted her romance with gym buff Jae Woodroffe almost three months ago.

And on Thursday, the two appeared to be happy as ever as they enjoyed a giggle together after a training session in Adelaide.

Kayla, 30, showed off her incredibly toned arms and a hint of her abs in a bright orange crop top, teamed with grey P.E. Nation sports shorts.

The fitness app creator had her brunette locks tied into a high pony during her workout, and carried along a black water bottle to stay hydrated.

Kayla also wore a gold necklace with multiple charms on it, as well as an Apple Watch which she no doubt uses to track her fitness.

Meanwhile, her new beau Jae, also appeared to be in good spirits after their training session, as his smile beamed from eye to eye.

He opted for basic grey sports shorts, paired with a white T-shirt.

The couple's outing comes after the recent sale of Kayla's company Sweat to U.S. software giant iFIT, which propelled her net worth to $164million.

This was enough to place her 39th on this year's Young Rich List, just one spot ahead of her business partner and former fiancé Tobi Pearce, who has a similar net worth.

They ended their engagement in 2020, but continued to work together

The annual list, compiled by the Australian Financial Review, ranks the wealthiest Australians aged 40 and under.

Kayla launched Sweat - formerly known as Bikini Body Guides - in 2015.
