Several alleged victims of Bill Cosby have banded together to start a 'defense fund' to help pay the legal bills of the female accusers being countersued by the disgraced comic.
The fund is expected to raise hundreds of thousands of dollars in donations from sympathetic supporters across America who have been shocked by the flood of allegations against Cosby.
Seven women - Tamara Green, Therese Serignese, Linda Traitz, Louisa Moritz, Barbara Bowman, Joan Tarshis and Angela Leslie are currently suing Cosby in federal court in Massachusetts, accusing the 78-year-old of defaming them in the press by calling them all liars.

The women came forward and shared their experiences with the comedian, alleging he drugged and sexually assaulted them.
But Cosby countersued, accusing the women of conspiring to ruin his now-cancelled entertainment projects and insisted they made up their stories of abuse.
Last month, Cosby also added former model Beverly Johnson to the list of women he is suing for defamation.
The suit was brought against Johnson 'for her false, malicious, opportunistic and defamatory accusations that Mr. Cosby drugged her.'
A lengthy court battle will land these women with hefty legal bills and that's why a group of Cosby's alleged victims and supporters want to start a fund to help cover their defense.
One alleged victim, who asked not to be named, said: 'We plan to set up a crowd funding page to raise the money to help these women and any others that Bill Cosby decides to sue.
'We think it's the right thing to do and we believe we'll raise a lot of money because there's such national interest in this.
