'I can't wait anymore': Maria Menounos, 39, reveals she felt overwhelming desire to get married and have kids straight after brain tumor surgery
There's nothing like a brush with death to give you a new lease on life.
Maria Menounos has revealed she wanted to get married and start having kids straight after her successful brain tumor surgery.
The TV and Sirius XM host told Us Weekly she is planning on tying the knot with fiance Keven Undergaro 'sooner rather than later.'

'A few weeks after I was home from the surgery, I was like "We need to get married! We need to have kids! I can't wait anymore,"' she said.
She added: 'But it's like "alright, let's get better first."'
The former E! host revealed in June she was diagnosed with a benign brain tumor while caring for her mother, who has stage IV brain cancer.
'First of all, I'm just happy that I'm alive and functioning great, It would be silly if it was all for nothing,' she told the magazine of her new approach on work-life balance. 'Now, the second I overheat I'm like "Okay, I'm taking a break."'

The 39-year-old revealed she was excited about returning to work after Labor Day, and is working on getting her strength back.
'It's a bit of a process. I'm not doing anything other than walking as I build my strength,' she said.
'As you can imagine, brain surgery has you lying down for a long time. The surgery affected my balance nerves, so any running is difficult.'
She also revealed that the couple have discussed a few options for their impending nuptials.
We talked about a Star Trek wedding in LA, a carnival in Connecticut and something massive in our village in Greece where we invite the entire country. I was like "yup that's probably why we're never getting married. These are three monster weddings."
