She's the towering beauty well-known for dishing out her honest opinions on Real Housewives Of Sydney. 

And now Krissy Marsh, has revealed what she believed was the secret to a happy marriage.

Having been married 15 years herself, it was no surprise the 45-year-old had some tricks up her sleeve.

Speaking with Honey, Krissy said feeling good about herself ranked highly on her list of things that made her marriage functional.

'I believe you have to make an effort and not let yourself go,' she told the publication. 

'This is my 15th year of marriage and I still think that making an effort is really important.'

And after struggling to shift the weight after pregnancy, the mother-of-three said returning to her pre-baby size was one of her top priorities. 

'After I had my kids I was a size 14 … and I’m normally a standard size 10. But even then I didn’t sit and wallow. I did something about it.'

And it wasn't because she felt under any pressure, only that she 'wanted to feel good' about herself.

She said she'd also had a lot of help in raising her children, who were 13, 11 and nine, with her husband working in China, but refused to feel guilty about it. 

Krissy said she'd put an emphasis on her children being self-sufficient and highly independent.

'My kids can get up and cook their own breakfast and help out around the house,' she said.
