Tori Spelling turned heads in a red hot gown at the 2026 iHeartRadio Music Awards on Thursday night.

The 52-year-old reality TV star dressed to impress in the daring, corset-inspired gown as she joined the star parade on the red carpet at the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles.

She showcased her ample assets in the low-cut dress that exposed her midriff with the sheer mesh cutouts in between the corset panels.

The risqué dress highlighted her bust and hips with rose details, and she flashed her long legs in the sequin-covered skirt featuring a sexy, thigh-high slit.

The Beverly Hills, 90210 alum, 52, paired the dazzling dress with glittering, silver platform heels.

The iHeartRadio Music Awards celebrate the year's most-streamed hits and artists across the iHeartRadio app and the network’s vast radio stations, with winners chosen based on chart performance and fan voting in select categories.

The MisSPELLING podcast host's dramatic look comes after she blasted people who have criticized her for the plastic surgery procedures she has gotten over the years

After calling out the critics, she shrugged off the drama as she showed off her toned figure in the eye-catching dress.

She also framed the dramatic neckline of the dress with her platinum blonde hair freshly chopped into a clean, shoulder-length bob and by opting out of a necklace.

She also accessorized with a stack of silver, statement rings paired with dangling earrings.

Her red carpet appearance comes just shortly after she addressed plastic surgery speculation and negative comments about her appearance.

'It's horrific,' she told plastic surgeon Terry Dubrow on the March 9 episode of her podcast. 'I'm 52. I'll be 53 in May, and I purposely go the other way because ... every photo I put up, people say, "Stop with the filler." I'm like, "I'm not!"'

She admitted that the constant comments about her appearance has 'hurt' her feelings and added that she should just 'be like, "F*** it,"' and get her 'whole face done because they already say I've had it done.'

Spelling continued: 'It's like I can't win. I don't know why that keeps me from doing stuff.'

In a June 2024 episode of her podcast, she set the record straight about what procedures she has undergone, including her first two jobs at age 19.

Spelling joked: 'Did I get my boobs done in the back of a van down by the river? Which version of them?'

Then, she added: 'I just got them done again, you guys! I think these aren't the ones either. Third time will be the charm.'

She recalled how she got her first boob job in a 'strip mall' before later undergoing a second revision surgery.

'Of course I didn't say anything,' she said about the 'fine doctor' that did her first breast augmentation surgery.

'I got them done and they took me home. At the time, I was best friends with Alicia Silverstone and Carmen Electra. They were taking care of me. I can't even make this stuff up.'
