Katie Price got into the festive spirit by treating fans to a snippet of her upcoming Christmas song, as she shared a behind-the-scenes look at filming the music video.

The TV personality, 47, flaunted her recent drastic weight loss for the shoot, as she slipped into a white furry bikini top that struggled to contain her ample assets.

Teaming the skimpy top with white low-riding jeans and a coordinating fury cropped jacket, she let her followers hear a several bars of the track, This Christmas, as cameras captured her from all angles.

Katie collaborated with Chris Mhina on the festive-themed track, with the singer joining her in the music video, singing and and dancing together in front of a huge Christmas tree.

Sharing the short clip to her Facebook, the former glamour model revealed some of the lyrics, as she sang: 'It's Christmas, it's a celebration / We're singing jingles all across the nation.

'Time to come together though the cold season / No matter if there's snow, there ain't no weather that can stop us.

Captioning the snippet, Katie gushed she was 'so excited' for the release, calling it 'such a special song' with all donations going to charity.

Announcing the new single last week, the reality star explained that she was donating all the funds she received for the song to Woman's Trust, a mental health charity for victims of domestic abuse.

She wrote: 'I’ll be donating all funds I receive from the song to Woman's Trust, who provide specialist counselling and support women's mental health in the recovery from domestic abuse.'

While she added that the producer of the track, Shaye, was donating his share to BBC Children in Need, concluding: 'Can’t wait for you to hear it…' 

Reacting to the song, Katie's followers rushed to the comments to give their initial thoughts, with some criticising it as overly auto-tuned.

They wrote: 'To say there’s been a lot of tinkering in the sound studio is an understatement'; 'Temu version of Mariah Carey'.

However, her fans rushed to her defence, insisting that the track was 'quite catchy' and pointing out that it was all for a good cause, vowing to get it to number one.

Katie's surprise bid for Christmas number one comes of the heels of the release of song, Best Of Me, earlier this year.

She dropped the dance-pop track, featuring vocals from rapper Lady Ice, in October to a mixed reception from listeners.

While some praised her efforts, many criticised her heavy use of auto-tune, saying it sounded like an AI and made it next to impossible to decipher the lyrics.

Meanwhile, a representative for the mum-of-five told The Sun: 'This is a massive surprise for Katie, she's always loved singing and this is a dream come true! 

'She is having so much support from the public and can't thank them enough for her latest entrance into the charts.'

In 2005, she battled it out for the public's vote on the BBC's selection programme, Eurovision: Making Your Mind Up.
