The Modern Family star’s latest outing comes after she and the NFL legend, 47, were spotted getting cozy aboard the Ritz-Carlton superyacht Luminara off the Italian coast during Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez’s lavish wedding weekend.
It was reported Brady specifically requested to be seated next to Vergara during the private two-day voyage, fueling talk of a budding romance.
But as speculation about her connection to Brady lingers—especially after DailyMail.com exclusively reported that he believes Sofia is 'too old'—Chabbott now appears to be the one in the picture.
Just a day before her birthday bash, Sofia shared a sweet message from Chabbott on social media.
The two have previously been seen getting close in Rome and Cannes, and now he was seated at her festive dinner table with friends and family.

Sofia and Tom were most recently seen aboard the Ritz-Carlton’s luxury superyacht Luminara, where Brady reportedly requested to swap seats with another guest just to be next to the Colombian beauty during one of the dinners.
'He asked to switch seats to sit next to her at dinner,' the insider shared.
The two have reportedly continued spending time together after the trip, with a source describing their relationship to Page Six as a 'summer romance.'
Sofia and the former New England Patriots quarterback enjoyed a star-studded trip on the Luminara superyacht.
Shayk, who was previously linked to Brady, was also aboard according to the source.
Setting sail from Rome, the two-night luxury cruise included drone shows and performances from Ellie Goulding, Sting, and Janelle Monáe.
Vergara even shared a photo of her and Brady seated together at a dinner. She stunned in a plunging black gown, while Tom flashed a big smile and looked handsome in an all-black outfit.

Another photo from the trip showed Sofia with Ricky Martin on the 790-foot superyacht, which hosted 450 VIPs.
Following the voyage, the two have reportedly been spending time together in Ibiza.
The Luminara comes replete with 226 suites to accommodate a maximum of 452 guests. There are also five restaurants, seven bars, a wine vault, two swimming pools and a spa.
More than 700 art pieces decorate the ship, including works by Andy Warhol and David Hockney — and, in those five restaurants, there are menus from two James Beard Award-winning chefs, Fabio Trabocchi and Michael Mina.
Cruise tickets start at $11,900 for seven nights — while guests in the most lavish suites can expect to cough up as much as $78,000.
Vergara has been keeping fans updated and sharing sexy summer posts including photos of her rocking a bright Walmart bikini. The star was modeling a multi-colored one-piece swimsuit while enjoying her vacation in Ibiza.
Last month Sofia gave an insight into what she's looking for in her next relationship, saying she wants her next boyfriend to be as rich as she is.
She admitted that she needs 'fun in [her] life' - but she isn't interested in dating someone who isn't financially independent.
Asked what she is looking for in her next relationship, Sofia said on the Today show: 'I want to say the basic stuff, like health and somebody that loves me. And somebody tall, handsome.'
