Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace looked incredible as she bared all in a naked photoshoot on Tuesday - after recalling her terrifying experience of 'almost dying' after buying counterfeit Ozempic injections.
The former Big Brother contestant, 46, stripped completely as she flaunted her jaw-dropping figure for the X-rated Closer Magazine shoot.
For one snap, the blonde beauty coyly looked over her shoulder as she posed with her back to the camera.
In a second, Aisleyne exuded confidence as she lay across a rug with her head propped up in her hands.
She wore her long tresses in a curled style and opted for a glamorous palette of makeup to elevate her natural beauty.
The racy photoshoot comes as the TV star admitted she turned to the controversial jab after gaining two stone in weight following the death of her best friend Femi in 2024.

Aisleyne admitted she was in a 'dark place' before inadvertently using a counterfeit version of the drug - initially developed as a treatment for diabetes - and struggling with awful side effects.
She told the magazine: 'I won't lie, and I'm not proud, but I bought Ozempic injections from the black market... I must have had a dodgy batch because my body reacted so badly.
'For three days, I thought I was going to die. I was in my bed, waking up vomiting, suffering with diarrhoea and falling asleep again. At one point, I had three bags of vomit by my bedside.
'Frighteningly, I started losing my vision, my eyes were going blurry, and I couldn't even see my phone. I had no idea what was going to happen to me.'
Despite being in a poor state of health, she felt 'too embarrassed' to seek urgent medical attention.
The TV personality added: 'I wanted to go to A+E, but I couldn't drag myself there because I was too embarrassed to say what I'd done.
'I felt guilty over wasting NHS resources when I'd done this to myself.'
Aisleyne described the 'horrific' ordeal as the most serious health issue she has ever been through, and has pleaded for people to not buy anything off the black market.
She said: 'My message is do not do it. I nearly died because of that s***. Your life is not worth losing over losing weight.

'Don't cut corners with your health, and don't buy stuff off the black market because you don't know what's in it.
'It's the most horrific health issue I've ever been through, and I will never do it again.'
Aisleyne previously hit out at film producers for documenting the life and death of Amy Winehouse in recent biopic Back To Black.
The film follows the life of the singer, who tragically died from alcohol poisoning aged just 27 in 2011, and includes some of her darkest moments.
And Aisleyne, who attended the UK premiere of the film and knew the talented singer, said that she struggles with the idea of these moments being dramatised for entertainment.
She told Closer: 'I don't see why it's necessary for them to go into so much detail surrounding her struggles. I know that she's a worldwide legend an icon, and people are intrigued by her life, but she was so much more than that.'
The reality star, who described Amy has a 'pure and funny human being', admitted she 'doesn't know why Amy's dad Mitch has been supporting the film'.
'I truly hope the film gives Mitch some solace, when I found out the project had his backing I assumed it was going to be a really positive ode to Amy and her legacy but now I just don't know,' she shared.
'If it isn't a fitting tribute to her, I don't know why he would support it. Maybe it's cathartic for him. I found writing my biography cathartic, so maybe it's like that for him.
The reality star shared the tragic news of Femi's death with a series of Instagram posts in June 2024, as she revealed she was 'heartbroken'

'But, for me, knowing the film depicts some of her darker moments is causing a lot of emotions to erupt in me.'
Despite her insistence that she doesn't support elements of the film, Aisleyne was pictured on the red carpet at the UK premiere.
The screening was also attended by Amy's parents Mitch and Janis.
However, Mitch allegedly banned Aisleyne from Amy's funeral apparently because she partied with Amy in the weeks leading up to her death.
He later tweeted that Amy had 'never mentioned' Aisleyne. Writing: 'Aisleyne Hogan? Amy's friend? Amy never mentioned her to me.'
