Model Kyly Clarke is known for her incredible figure. 

But the former WAG appears to have been working out harder than ever in the gym as she showed off her washboard abs in a new photo shared to Instagram.

The ex-wife of cricketer Michael Clarke, 42, flaunted her slim and toned figure on Thursday as she struck a pose for the camera.

Kyly kept sun smart in a wide-brimmed straw hat, which she was seen holding with one hand by a blue towel with a palm tree design.

There was also a platter of food near by suggesting that Kyly spent the afternoon soaking up the sun.

In April, she revealed to Who magazine she exercises often and eats 'pretty clean' to maintain her incredible physique.  

'I eat pretty clean but I do train a fair bit. I focus on Pilates, Barre Attack or going to the gym and doing weights,' she said. 

The mother of one also treks Sydney's famous Bondi to Bronte walk 'a fair bit'.

Kyly has meanwhile kept a relatively low profile in past months as she continues to ignore her ex-husband Michael's colourful love life.

The pair were spotted together for the first time in months as they celebrated their daughter Kelsey-Lee's 8th birthday at McDonalds last month.

Kyly showed off her trim pins in a short denim skirt and pink shirt as she ate a burger at the fast food joint.

The Clarkes quietly split in September 2019 after seven years of marriage, but did not announce their separation until five months later, in February. 

Michael insists he has a 'wonderful relationship and friendship' with Kyly.
