Bec Judd reveals her secret to avoiding diarrhoea after claiming she was the only person who didn't get sick on The Amazing Race
Rebecca Judd has revealed how she avoided diarrhoea during her stint on The Amazing Race Australia.
The AFL WAG, 40, posted to Instagram Stories on Monday claiming she and her sister Kate were the only team on the show not to get sick because of the precautions they took.
Bec said her 'DMs were blowing up' after her experience on the Amazing Race and that 'the question you guys ask the most is "how did Kate and I not get sick?"'
She then holds up a box of medicine labelled Travelan, saying 'Kate and I took Travelan, we had it in our little Amazing Race bumbag. It went with us everywhere. Hand santitiser and Travelan.'
'Before we ate breakfast, lunch, or dinner, or any of the food challenges, before anything went in our mouths, even drinks, we would pop a Travelan.

'What this does is it lies in wait in your intestine for any nasty bacteria that comes in that causes that Bali Belly/Dehli Belly, and it binds to it and stops you from getting sick' she added.
Travelan is over-the-counter medicine which neutralises diarrhoea-causing bacteria and reduce the risk of infection by Enterotoxigenic E. coli.
It comes as Bec and her sister came to the end of their journey on The Amazing Race last week, with the influencer having a meltdown over some unconventional food.
Just days after eating ox tongue and bull's penis, it was a fried tarantula in Cambodia which saw the girls come unstuck.

The mother-of-four had a public breakdown when she walked into a small hut, only to see the delicacy being prepared on a burner.
'Nup, this is like my worst nightmare,' Rebecca said, letting out a scream as she put both hands on her head.
An equally revolted Kate looked on at the hairy black spider, noting it was 'stiffening up' as it was cooked in oil.
'Was it alive when they put him in?' Bec asked, unable to look.
Kate explained it had soft legs which now looked crunchy.
'I'm out. Bye,' Bec said, picking-up her backpack and leaving the hut.

The two sisters chatted with each other, trying to work out what to do.
'I think we take a time penalty,' Bec said.
'I can't do it. I can't even be in the vicinity [of the spiders],' she added.
Kate seemed somewhat more eager to try, but couldn't continue on without Bec.
'We can't split, we have to be together,' Kate reminded her.
Kate admitted she knew Bec would 'fall to pieces' during the challenge.
'There's no way. There's absolutely no way,' Bec said, before screaming to producers they were taking a time penalty.

Despite arriving at the checkpoint in third place, the sisters were forced to wait 60 minutes which saw them check in last and become eliminated from the competition.
Host Beau Ryan told the sisters the bad news.
'It was a risk taking a time penalty but it has been such an incredible adventure, travelling the world and seeing all these amazing places,' Bec said.
The WAG then mentioned her charity, Impatient Advocacy, which is a foundation started by her late friend Nicole Cooper.
'Racing for our dear friend Nicole. She was a fierce patient advocate,' Bec said, in a touching tribute.
'It has been an honour and a privilege to share her story and to share the work that continues after she has gone.'
