Chrishell Stause tells her followers to 'embrace' growing older as her friends throw glamorous star a surprise 42nd lunch in Beverly Hills
Chrishell Stause was surprised with a pre-birthday lunch by several of her Selling Sunset co-stars on Wednesday - days before she turns 42.
The 41-year-old reality television personality looked stunning as she shared several photos from the celebratory meal, which took place at the Beverly Hills Hotel.
The Selling Sunset star, whose spouse recently opened up about their marriage, also penned a short message in her post's caption to express her thoughts about the surprise event.
Stause began by writing that, although she would be celebrating her 42nd birthday in Japan, she was ecstatic to be able to spend time with her friends prior to her big trip.
She then wrote: 'If anyone is reading this and hates getting older-I am here to tell you embrace it!! We only get one life-and if you didn't have a birthday…think of the alternative. Birthdays are the best!'

The reality television personality finished her note with: 'Can't WAIT to be celebrating with my love in Japan!!! 1st time going.'
Stause wore a flowing white dress that showed off her toned arms and legs during the lunch.
The All My Children actress added a bit of extra shine to her look with a pair of gold high-heeled shoes.
Her gorgeous dark blonde hair fell onto her shoulders and paired well with the lighter tone of her clothing.
The reality television personality was also joined by her Selling Sunset co-stars Chelsea Lazkani and Emma Hernan, with whom she posed for several photos.
Stause's first photo showed her after being presented with an assortment of desserts on a plate that featured chocolate lettering reading 'Happy Birthday Chrishell.'
She later posed for a photo with her entire group of friends, which included Days Of Our Lives actress Molly Burnett.
The reality television personality went on to include a video of her friends enjoying drinks during the meeting.

Several of Stause's loved ones also expressed their love for her in the post's comments section, and Lazkani wrote: 'My love language "celebrating people I love" love you so much.'
Hernan also added that she was 'So happy we (semi) surprised' their 'fav girl' just before her birthday.
The reality television personality's ex-boyfriend and costar, Jason Oppenheim, wished her a happy early birthday 'just in case I forget to call you on your actually bday! (But I'll remember!).'
Stause's spouse G Flip referred to her as the 'the cutest hottest lil snack' in an affectionate message.
