The former WAG, 40, sported a casual look in a pink-and-white striped jumper as she hosted a small birthday party for her 'best friend'.
The lucky pup even got his own personalised birthday cake perfect for canine consumption, a pink pastry adorned with tasty doggy treats.

In an interview with Now To Love in December, the former Australian cricket captain revealed Kelsey was a good mix of both her parents.
'She's a terror like me,' Michael laughed, before adding: 'I think she's got her mother's features, certainly her kind-hearted personality.'
Michael went on to explain Kelsey enjoys spending quality time with her mother and father after their separation.
