She recently said she is in the best shape of her life after turning 40.

And mother-of-one Kyly Clarke showed off her incredible figure as she took part in a fitness photo shoot on Wednesday.

The Dancing With The Stars alum did not have an inch to pinch as she flaunted her ripped abs and lean, super toned limbs in an orange crop top and matching shorts.

Smiling and glowing, Kyle complimented her tan by wearing bronzed makeup and tied her brunette locks back.

It comes after the former WAG stunned in an issue of Body + Soul magazine. 

Posing in a revealing bodysuit, the former Dancing With The Stars contestant flaunted her formidable figure and toned muscles.

Kyly told the magazine that life as a single parent to daughter Kelsey Lee, six, is tough, but she always makes time for her fitness regime. 

'It's been two years [since the divorce] and I've realised how much harder it is being a single parent,' she said. 

'There's a lot going on. But I'd be really proud of myself if people were to think that I was a role model of someone who's 40 and can still achieve their fitness goals'.

Kyly went on to say that she is fitter now than she was at half her age - and says she has a 'no pain, no gain' attitude towards working out. 

'I decided to change my mindset. I set goals for myself, saying maybe I could have the best legs I've ever had,' she said. 

'And I'm not talking about legs [like] when I was 20. I'm never going to be 20 again – I don't want to be – but I want to work with what I have'.

The TV star shares Kelsey Lee with her ex-husband, retired cricketer Michael Clarke, 40.  

The couple split in September 2019 after seven years of marriage, but didn't reveal their break-up until February 12, 2020. 

In a statement at the time, the Clarkes said the 'amicable' decision to separate was 'the best course' for their daughter.
