They say the best way to a man's heart is through his stomach.

Tyler Cameron dished on all the food he had while competing on The Bachelorette in an interview with GQ.  

Though Tyler, 26, didn't win the heart of Hannah Brown, he definitely left the Bachelor Mansion with a full stomach.

'The opening night and the cocktail parties are catered for us—chicken tenders, burgers, tuna,' Tyler said of all the food available the very first night.

'All types of side dishes. They've got great desserts, too. We'd go to town on those nights. I was crushing it. When it's not catered, we're on our own to cook. We get a grocery list and can put whatever we want on it. 

'And then it's just a fight for the kitchen and who gets to the stove first. We ended up cooking for each other a lot. The first morning we were there, Cam made omelets for everyone in the house.' 

The all-you-can-eat policy definitely did not apply to the food served on the romantic one-on-one dates.

'Nah, you don't touch that food,' he insisted. 'It's more for show. We get to eat before the dates, usually from the same restaurant. It's still real food on the plate—you could eat it, but it's a little cold by then. I heard JPJ [fellow contestant John Paul Jones] was eating the food, though, on a one-on-one. 

'They told him he wasn't supposed to, and he was like, "Why not? It's right in front of me." And he just went to town on cold whatever-it-was.'

In the real world, however, Tyler is a fan of a good steak.

'I'm best on the grill, making a steak,' he said. 

Tyler was definitely looking like quite the dish in the accompanying photo shoot, where he showed off his chiseled abs while stretching in Central Park.  

The reality star who hails from Jupiter, Florida, catapulted to fame as a runner-up on the last season of The Bachelorette. 

Shortly after wrapping the show, he landed in another high-profile romance with model Gigi Hadid.   

Alas, the relationship was not meant to be - the couple recently ended their whirlwind, two month romance, Entertainment Tonight reported Thursday.
