Real Housewives of Sydney star Krissy Marsh has reflected on her five miscarriages  that led to the birth of her 'miracle' daughter Milana.

The 47-year-old took to Instagram on Wednesday to share a snap of the moment she held her baby in her arms, with her husband Johnny by her side in the delivery room.

In a heartfelt post to honour Milana's 10th birthday she wrote: 'We worked hard to get Milana after numerous miscarriages.'

'Many people told us to give up however we persisted, she is five souls wrapped into one and the kindest soul you will ever meet,' she wrote.

Krissy also added the hashtags: '#happybirthday#princess #kind #beautifulinsideandout#gift #number3 #rhos.'

Her heartfelt post resonated with a number of female fans, who shared their own experience.

Aside from Milana, Krissy shares two sons Billy, 15, and Nicco, 13, with her businessman husband Johnny Marsh.

The Sydney housewife has been busy preparing for her daughter's big day with dozens of presents and party bags for her many friends.
