This was not his first run-in with the law this year as he was previously cited two months ago for larceny in the same county.
He also has a previous DUI arrest as he was booked for a misdemeanor in 2024.
Walker is one of the most notorious cast members in Below Deck history.
The former Paul Mitchell hair model was a senior deckhand and 2nd engineer on 154-foot motor yacht Valor.
He was famously fired by Captain Lee Rosbach within the first few episodes of the season.
During his short time on the series, Walker was shown to be difficult to work with and did not handle his alcohol well.
Captain Lee was later asked by The Daily Dish in September 2016 about letting Walker go to which he replied: '"Let go" is much too pleasant. He got fired.
'It wasn't a "let go." It wasn't, "I'll let you down easy." He got fired for being a f***-up.'

He also explained his reasoning behind the explosive firing as he said: 'Trevor doesn't play well with others. He's extremely offensive. One drink is not enough and two is too many. He doesn't handle his alcohol well. He doesn't interact socially well with other people. And you have to have that chemistry on a yacht.
'You have to get along. You don't necessarily have to like everyone that you work with. You can have your dislikes. But you need to be professional enough to set it aside, do your job, and get along as best as you can. Trevor is just way too full of himself. Not enough room on that boat for anybody with an ego that size.'
Walker also famously clashed with bosun Kelley Johnson.
At the time Johnson talked to The Daily Dish as he completely backed Captain Lee's decision: 'He's the worst crewmember I've ever had, ever, underneath me.

'I don't say that lightly, I wish that wasn't the case, because him failing as a deckhand is a direct reflection of me because my leadership skills weren't able to approach him in the appropriate manner for him to maybe change.
'But he had no respect for others. He didn't respect me. Hell, he didn't respect Captain Lee at times. He felt like it was the Trevor Show, and it was his way or he'd complain about it and cause a big deal.'
Bravo's Below Deck chronicles the lives of crew members who work and reside aboard a superyacht during charter season.
It has been on air since 2013 and had multiple spin-offs including Below Deck Mediterranean and Below Deck: Down Under.
