Jeremy Clarkson left Who Wants To Be A Millionaire viewers amused after 'wild behaviour' on the popular game show.
The presenter, 65, made a humorous blunder on the ITV quiz while reading out a music question.
He asked contestant Daniel Keeble: 'A single by which of these music acts re-entered the UK Top 40 in 2024 after appearing on the soundtrack of the film Deadpool and Wolverine?'
The four options were either Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Natasha Bedingfield, NSYNC or Kate Bush.
However, Jeremy incorrectly pronounced hit 1990s boy band NSYNC by each individual letter, saying: 'N-S-Y-N-C'.
Taking to X, formerly Twitter, fans hit back at the hilarious blunder, with one writing: 'Love how Clarkson spells out all the letters of NSYNC.'
Jeremy Clarkson left Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? contestants in stitches with a mispronunciation on the show
A tricky music question saw Daniel Keeble (pictured) playing to reach £16,000 - but admitted this wasn't his strong subject
Another added: 'Jeremy spelling out the band name NSYNC like that is wild behaviour.'
A third joked: 'NSYNC feeling humbled by Jeremy Clarkson.'
While a fourth chimed in: 'Jeremy saying 'N-S-Y-N-C' rather than 'N-Sync.'
The US band's song 'Bye Bye Bye' featured near the beginning of the superhero film, with Deadpool (Ryan Reynolds) dancing to it.
Elsewhere in the episode, Jeremy also took a cheeky swipe at contestant Daniel's outfit.
The Clarkson's Farm star remarked: 'I must say, I do admire the way you've made no effort at all with your wardrobe.'
As the studio audience laughed along, the player sarcastically replied: 'Ah, thank you!'
Jeremy continued: 'I do approve of it, "I'm going on television, I think a shirt or t-shirt and some jeans."'
Earlier this year, the long-running programme launched a spin-off titled Millionaire Hot Seat, also hosted by Jeremy.
The format sees six contestants take part, with only up to 30 seconds to answer questions when in the hot seat.
In one episode, a player lost out on thousands after being stumped by a tricky celebrity question.
Lucy managed to answer multiple questions correctly while in the Hot Seat, but ultimately became stuck.
Jeremy soon learned how to correctly pronounce the band's name when Daniel chose it as his answer
The question asked: 'Which of these people was oldest when they first achieved the following?'
Meanwhile, the options were A) Leonardo DiCaprio: Oscar, B) David Beckham: Knighthood, C) Barack Obama: US Presidency or D) David Bowie: BRIT Award.
Speaking out loud, Lucy reasoned that David Beckham was knighted recently and is about 50, while Leonardo DiCaprio won the Oscar in his 40s.
She admitted to not knowing that David Bowie had won a BRIT Award - and due to this uncertainty, chose that as her answer.
Lucy was visibly nervous and unsure about the outcome, putting her head in her hands.
This was soon proven justified, as Jeremy said: 'Your luck's run out, that is the wrong answer.
'It is actually David Beckham, you were right, he was 50.
'Barack Obama was 47, Leonardo DiCaprio was 41. David Bowie was 37 when he got his BRIT.'
By answering incorrectly, the jackpot - which all six contestants are vying for - shrunk from £1million down to £250,000.
Who Wants To Be A Millionaire airs on ITV1 and ITVX.
