At the time he said he had lost 'a good chunk of weight' over the summer by using small amounts of an unspecified GLP-1 medication.
'I was really unhappy with my weight,' he told listeners.
'My doctor and I talked about this last year, had recommended a GLP-1 a few times to not only address what I was feeling about my weight, but treat plaque in my arteries and high blood pressure,' he candidly shared.
Cohen went on to talk about how the weigh loss medication, a favorite remedy in Hollywood, curbed his cravings.
'I have to say, it really helped me with cravings, which I was having a very hard time with.
'I would have a drink, then there's all these cookies. There's craft services,' he said of the food provided on the set Watch What Happens Live.
'It's pasta night. It's pizza night... my cravings for all that stuff dissipated,' Cohen noted.
