The outsider in the race to replace Nicola Sturgeon, also committed to dropping the First Minister's legal challenge to Westminster's decision to block the law using devolved powers. The 49-year-old quit as community safety minister in October overt the law lowering the age at which teens can change their gender from 18 to 16. Speaking to BBC Radio Scotland's Good Morning Scotland today, she questioned the point of the legal case and its changes of success.
