A builder attacked his former sister-in-law in a furious alcohol fuelled rage after she refused his plea for a threesome.
Carl Morgan demanded to have sex with his former sister-in-law Joanna Maher and her partner Bethan Grover following a night in the pub in Bridgend, South Wales.
But when Ms Maher turned down the 41-year-old's proposition, he pinned her to a sofa and repeatedly punched her leaving her with black eyes, a split lip and concussion.

Ms Maher had been married to Morgan's sister and regarded him as a 'brother' during their 22-year friendship, Cardiff Crown Court heard.
But he tried to bed her and her new partner at his home after a drinking session in the nearby Ogmore Vale Conservative Club.
Gareth James, prosecuting said: 'He suggested Ms Maher and her partner should have a threesome with him.'
He told the court Morgan then pinned Ms Maher to the sofa and sat on top of her, raining blows down on her face and neck.
Mr James added: 'She screamed at him: "Get off, you're my brother". She described Morgan as looking possessed.
'She managed to get away from Morgan and on all fours crawled out of the house and into the street.
'She collapsed on the floor and hit her head on the pavement and in distress wet herself.'

Morgan had denied the assault but later pleaded guilty to assault causing actual bodily harm and was handed a six-month prison sentence, suspended for two years at Cardiff Crown Court
Defence barrister Adam Sharp said Morgan was 'heavily intoxicated' and had issues with alcohol and cannabis.
Morgan had denied the assault but later pleaded guilty to assault causing actual bodily harm and was handed a six-month prison sentence, suspended for two years.
Judge Jonathan Furness QC told Morgan: 'You are an idiot for behaving in this way.
'It's quite nasty to see how damaged facially this woman was by this assault.
'There must have been a number of punches involved when she's trapped on the sofa and you're sitting on her arms so she has two black eyes, a split lip and left unwell.'
