It's a deal! Real Housewives of Sydney star Krissy Marsh sells her $4.3 million Double Bay apartment after listing it for the second time after a sale fell through
The Real Housewives of Sydney star Krissy Marsh has finally sold her luxurious Double Bay apartment after its first sale fell through.
The 47-year-old managed to secure a buyer for the property, which has been on offering for almost one year, after the price guide was reduced to $3.8million.
The home was relisted last month after a buyer from Hong Kong reportedly paid a 5 per cent deposit in June, but withdrew from the purchase before the final settlement date.

According to Realestate.com.au, the property returned to the market with a $4.3 million asking price before being reduced again, ahead of a scheduled December 10 auction.
Krissy had reportedly purchased the property for $3.5 million in 2015 when her family were based in China and it had been leased for $2850-a-week before it went under contract.
She had previously slashed $700,000 off the original asking price of $5 million and listed the home for more than six months before finding a buyer.

This is Krissy's main residence alongside their three children Billy, Nicco and Milana and their two toy poodles, Bondi and Bronte.
