Millie Mackintosh shows off her incredible figure in a lime bikini as she shares throwback snaps from her idyllic Saint Vincent getaway

She recently enjoyed her sixth free holiday in just three months after jet-setting to Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

And Millie Mackintosh appeared to be pining for the exotic island as she posted a bikini-clad snap on Instagram on Friday.  

The former Made In Chelsea star, 29, showed off her washboard abs in lime swimwear while posing poolside at the idyllic destination.

Showing off her long sun-kissed legs, the reality star posed up a storm while letting her caramel-coloured hair fall naturally straight.

Millie wore a pair of round sunglasses and opted to go makeup free to display her natural beauty in the smouldering snap.

The former reality star captioned the snap: 'Happy Friday! #FBF #TFIF'. 

Millie has visited Ibiza, the Maldives, Azerbaijan and Finland in the past three months all on gifted stays, reaping in the benefits of her influencer status.

And in her idyllic trip to the stunning island of Bequia in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Millie shared pictures of cocktails, food and speed boat excursions. 

Millie informed her followers that she did not have to splurge out for the exotic getaway, as she captioned one bikini-clad snap: 'Ready to embrace the liming way of life @thelimingbequia #giftedstay#bequia #islandlife.'

Accompanying the beauty on her travels was her mother Georgina, who she shared a snap of on social media as they sat on a golf buggy to be driven to a restaurant where they dined on fried chicken.

Millie shared a number of posts on her story that show her in a slew of high-end outfits - all accompanied by 'hashtag ad'.

Previous exotic getaways of Millie's have also been thanks to companies gifting her glamorous holidays.

In January, Millie jetted on the second leg of her honeymoon with husband Hugo Taylor, 32, during which she thanked The Westin Maldives Miriandhoo Resort for 'hosting her'.

At the start of this year Millie was among 16 stars and influencers who plugged products to fans... without saying if they had been paid.

But she has been incredibly transparent with her posts since.

Millie jetted on the second leg of her honeymoon with husband Hugo Taylor during which she thanked the resort for 'hosting her'.

The lucky star was invited on a weekend away to the exclusive location where she was hosted by bargain designer site The Outnet.

 January: Chenot Palace Health Wellness Hotel in Azerbaijan

Ahead of the BAFTAs in February, Millie was welcomed for a detox holiday, during which she wrote on a snap: 'They have kindly invited me to experience the #chenotmethod in preparation for the bafta awards'.

March: Arctic TreeHouse Hotel in Finland 

Millie tagged herself in snaps from her 'Press trip' to the luxurious resort. Although it is unknown what press publication she is working in conjunction with, she has stuck to Instagram guidelines for influencers to clearly mark when they have not paid for a trip themselves.

Millie was lucky enough to indulge her love of exercise at the idyllic and luxurious fitness retreat. On the website, the retreat is describes as: 'The Body Camp is a perfect mix of physical, intellectual and spiritual development. A place to make new friends, set goals, change habits, learn more about nutrition, exercise and much much more'. Millie could not resist sharing a number of sizzling shots from  her getaway

 April: The Liming Bequia

The TV star jetted off to the exclusive hotel on the island of Bequia in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines with her mum in tow. The hotel boasts its ethos as 'Luxury accommodation, discover the art of doing nothing' and guests can choose either a villas, junior suite or the mansion house for their stay.
