But on Monday, Stephen Amell was on hiatus from superhero duty as he lounged naked by a pool in Palm Springs.
'It might not look like it, but I’ve been making major life decisions all afternoon,' the 37-year-old actor captioned the image.

Stephen is most likely on vacation with his wife Cassandra Jean, 32, and daughter Maverick, age four.

The family recently returned from a month of traveling around the world.
Their ten stops included London, Amsterdam, Turkey, and Singapore.

Prior to stripping down to his birthday suit, Amell shared a photo of himself in pink board shorts.
The Canadian stood with his back to the camera as he gazed out at the large and glistening pool.
'My buddy Eddie bought me these swim trunks as a joke because we both cried watching Call Me By Your Name together,' he captioned the post. 'Well...jokes on you Eddie because I f***ing love them.'

Stephen has played Arrow, a vengeful vigilante, for a whopping six seasons.
In an interview with BUILD, the actor talked about how his character has changed over the years.
'I've lived with this guy for six years. As the years have gone by, more of me has creeped into him in terms of portrayal,' he explained. '[Seeing Arrow on screen] feels more like me than I'd care to admit.'
The superhero series was recently renewed for a seventh season.
