He recently dropped $19.2 million dollars on a lavish home less than a mile from ex-wife Jennifer Garner's current digs.

But on Tuesday, Ben Affleck was spotted heading out with the current woman in his life, SNL producer Lindsay Shookus.

The 45-year-old wore a leather jacket for the excursion.

The Gone Girl star paired the durable garment with dark blue jeans and a green T-shirt.

On his feet he wore black leather sneakers and he shielded his eyes against the Californian glare with aviator shades.

The Justice League actor carried a Venti-sized ice coffee from Starbucks for the outing.

Affleck shares three children—Violet, Seraphina, nine, and Samuel, age six—with his Alias star ex.

And he's making sure he gets to maximize his time with the children by buying a house in extremely close proximity to the one they share with Garner.
