EXCLUSIVE 'There is no heartbreak in the finale': Reality TV veteran Matty J gushes about why he favours Bachelor In Paradise... after being brutally dumped by Georgia Love on The Bachelorette
He's the reality TV veteran who had his heart infamously stomped on by Georgia Love in the 2016 season of The Bachelorette.
And on Thursday, Matty J Johnson has revealed that he is a big fan of spin-off Bachelor In Paradise as there was 'no heartbreak in the finale.'
Speaking exclusively to Daily Mail Australia at the opening of girlfriend Laura Byrne's jewellery store, ToniMay in Sydney, Matty admitted that the couple were glued to the television throughout the series.

'We really enjoyed watching it,' he revealed.
Drawing comparisons to his own stint on The Bachelorette, Matty added that the last episode of spin-off was a lot less emotionally wrought.
'The best part of Bachelor in Paradise is there is no heartbreak in the finale. The finale is just happiness and love,' he said.
The Bachelor In Paradise finale saw Jarrod Woodgate and Keira Maguire pair up, while Sam Cochrane and Tara Pavlovic became engaged on the show.
The finale also saw a proposal between Ali Oetjen and Grant Kemp however that pairing fizzled after the cameras stopped rolling.

Matty, who eventually found love with Laura on the 2017 season of The Bachelor, also thanked former on-screen love Georgia for her honesty when she rejected him in favour of Lee Elliott.
The genetically blessed marketing manager said it allowed him to move on and have his own opportunity to find Ms Right while the cameras were rolling.
'For me, I'll always owe so much to the Bachelor series and franchise,' he said.
'I'll always be forever grateful because I wouldn't have a girlfriend if it wasn't for her.'

Admitting that he was a 'huge advocate' for the Bachelor franchise, Matty also revealed he and Laura 'couldn't wait' to see how Nick 'Honey Badger' Cummins and Ali Oetjen performed on their respective upcoming Bachelor and Bachelorette seasons.

'I'm so sorry because you are so amazing,' Georgia told a crestfallen Matty. 'And I've really genuinely loved every single moment that we've had.
'You deserve someone who's gonna give you back everything that you give and more.'
A visibly upset Matty struggled to breathe as Georgia explained that she had instead chosen rival contestant Lee Elliott, bending forwards as he came to terms with his emotions.
