They've been going strong for two years now.

And Sarah Paulson, 42, and her girlfriend Holland Taylor, 74, couldn't have looked anymore relaxed as they enjoyed a leisurely stroll together through New York City on Monday. 

The couple were spotted chatting with each other and carrying water bottles as they crossed a busy street.

Sarah opted to go makeup-free for the outing, keeping it casual in a flowing white blouse and rolled-up jeans.   

She rocked a pair of black-and-white sandals and pulled her hair back into a messy yet stylish 'do.

The former Two And A Half Men actress, meanwhile, sported a polka dot top, jeans, white trainers, and had her glasses propped into her blonde hair.

Holland and Sarah have been together for two years now - and the couple can credit Twitter for helping them get together.

'We had known each other in passing, seeing each other at awards shows and stuff like that or on the lot, I think I once offered her a lift...she was going in a different direction,' Holland recently told People. 

'Ten years later, she did see me in a tweet and she thought I was blue about something and she said, "How are you? What's happening?" And we got together shortly after that.'

Holland also says she finds it difficult to watch Sarah on her hit show American Horror Story, as she does not like watch her significant other in any sort of 'jeopardy.'

'I don't like watching her in jeopardy,' she said.  'It's hard!'
