After a brief visit to St Tropez, Daryl Hannah and Neil Young travelled across the Mediterranean Sea to Italy’s Portofino where they continued with their romantic getaway.
The Hollywood couple, who have been dating for ten months, were seen soaking up the beautiful sights and surrounding of the picturesque harbour as they stepped out for some lunch on Monday afternoon.
Dressed in summery white number with fringed detail, the 54-year-old actress planted a loving kiss on her partner’s shoulder while he showed her something on his phone.

Meanwhile, 69-year-old Neil kept his cool in a plain blue shirt and grey knee-length shorts, which he teamed with a straw fedora and black sunglasses.
Kicking back in the sun, the doting pair appeared to be in great and content spirits as they made their way along the scenic rural streets.

Neil and Daryl's romance has been blossoming since he filed for divorce from his wife of 36 years, Pegi Young, on July 29 last year.
A little more than a month later in September, the rocker and Daryl were seen holding hands at a restaurant in Westlake, California.
A source revealed to People at the time that 'they've been dating for months.'
‘They've taken no effort to even hide it,’ the insider said. ‘He recorded a new album a few weeks ago, and she was on Skype the entire time, giving him feedback on every take. He even told people in the studio she was his “girlfriend.”’
