Bloody Inferno! Felicity Jones hits the Venetian set of the third Da Vinci Code film with Tom Hanks sporting a bleeding head
Tom Hanks was back to playing the role of Robert Langdon on Monday, as filming for Inferno began in Italy.
The actor reprises the part for the third cinema adaption of Dan Brown's third novel in the Da Vinci Code franchise.
And already it seems Robert gets into a tussle as Tom's head was seen with blood on it, as Felicity Jones joined him in Venice for the day's filming.

Felicity joins the franchise as Sienna Brooks, a doctor, who helps Langdon to try escape capture as well as solve the most intricate riddle he's ever faced.
This is the British actress's first big role after winning an Oscar nomination for her role in The Theory Of Everything.

Omar Sy also stars as Christoph Bruder in the film and was also spotted on the Venetian set, along with returning director Ron Howard.
Ron is producing and directing the movie, having previously directed The Da Vinci Code and Angels And Demons.

The director will be hoping matches the success of the first film which grossed $224 million in its opening weekend in 2006.
Earlier this month Tom's wife Rita, who married the two-time Oscar-winner in 1988, revealed she'd undergone a double mastectomy and reconstructive surgery.
The 58-year-old actress, who took a leave of absence from Broadway play 'Fish in the Dark', had her first test for cancer come back negative but was then correctly diagnosed after seeking a second opinion and underwent the procedure this month.
Inferno is scheduled for released in October 2016.
