While the Beckham family celebrated youngest son Cruz's milestone 21st with a lavish bash in Mayfair, across the pond Nicola Peltz shared her own birthday tribute to her best friend.
The billionaire heiress, 31, took to her Instagram on Monday with a sweet birthday message, not for her estranged brother-in-law, but to her 'sister for life' Alison Albright.
Nicola posted a sweet photo to her Story of the two long-time pals looking stunning in blue gowns, taken at a party in August last year.
Addressing the Canadian photographer in the caption, she penned: 'happy birthday to my sister for life i love you so much'.
The post came just a day after she and husband Brooklyn shared gushing Valentine's Day posts to each other using the same PDA-filled snap, in the wake of his scathing six-page last month, where he cut all ties with his family.
The photo saw the aspiring chef, 26, snapping a selfie of himself shirtless while passionately kissing Nicola, while he pointedly declared he would 'forever protect' her in another dig at his famous parents.

Meanwhile, over in London, Brooklyn's mum and dad, Victoria and David didn't allow their ongoing feud with their eldest to dampen their spirits, as they threw a fun-filled early birthday party for son Cruz's 21st birthday.
The family put on a united front as they came together to celebrate at The MAINE at the weekend, ahead of Cruz's actual birthday on Friday, joined by siblings Romeo, 23, and Harper, 14, girlfriend Jackie Apostel, 31, and Spice Girl Emma Bunton.
The party theme was the Grande Beatles Ball with a huge sparkling chandelier hanging in the centre of the room, with guests wearing black tie and being treated to a luxury three-course meal.
Guests were treated to a spread of chicken wings, ribs, burgers, fish tacos and doughnuts, while sipping on free-flowing drinks from a personalised cocktail list and dancing the night away to a Beatles tribute band.
While the birthday boy himself took to the stage with his new band, Cruz Beckham And The Beakers, to perform for his guests, with the party continuing into the early hours.
But it was Victoria, 51, Harper, 14 and girlfriend Jackie, 31, who brought him to tears during the evening as the trio took to the stage to give a heartwarming speech.

Captioning a gallery of pictures from the bash, which took took over the whole venue at The MAINE, Victoria wrote: 'Celebrating Cruz early!! We love you so much!!!'
It comes as the bitter family rift shows no signs of healing anytime soon, just days after Brooklyn unfollowed his father's best friend Gordon Ramsay on Instagram.
The move came after the celebrity chef, 59, issued the warning to the nepo baby in an interview on Friday, calling for him to 'remember where he came from'.
Gordon said he believes it is Brooklyn's 'infatuation' with wife Nicola that has led to his decision to cut ties with Victoria and David.
Insisting that the two of them still have a good relationship, the TV star added that he believes it is only 'a matter of time' before Brooklyn realises 'what his parents mean to him'.

Brooklyn has since unfollowed Gordon but has stopped short of blocking him, like he has with the rest of his relatives.
Friends of the Ramsays suspect that Brooklyn and Nicola are furious that the restaurateur has discussed the feud in a way that portrays them negatively.
One friend said: 'Brooklyn and Nicola clearly don't want any criticism at all. They just don't want to hear any negativity about themselves.
'They must hate being talked about unless it's gushing. Maybe they don't like the truth.'
