Little House On The Prairie star Melissa Gilbert was blown off by a Real Housewives star.
The 61-year-old actress shared her story on Instagram on Wednesday saying the reality TV diva had 'no idea' who she was.
'So the hubby and I had an interesting encounter with a couple of #bravolebrities the other day,' the beauty started her post.
'Let me start by saying I’m a fan of the Real Housewives franchise. It started, of course, because of my sweet friend Kyle Richards. I love @rhobhbravo.
'Now I’ve become addicted to @rhonybravo @realhousewivesofsaltlakecity and @realhousewivesoforangecounty. These shows are my guilty pleasure. I find them to be so fun and entertaining.'
Then she explained the encounter with Britani Bateman, 54, who is on Bateman is on the Bravo reality television series The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.

'So, the other day, we were walking past @theplazahotel and I said to @timbusfield “we just walked by @britanibateman and Jared Osmond from RHOSLC,”' said the star.
Then her husband - who is also an actor - took charge.
'He grabbed my arm, turned me around and led me back to them. I’m shy. I would never have done it alone,' noted the ex of Rob Lowe.
Then the introduction was made.
'Tim introduced me saying, “This is my wife, Melissa Gilbert from Little House on the Prairie.” I laughed and said to them “Big fan. Love your show,"' she shared.
But the reaction from the Bravo star was not the best.
'Britani seemed a bit harried, like she wasn’t really in her body as she thanked me for being a fan, and rightly so, Jared had lost his phone and a random woman, currently standing in front of the Plaza had found it,' he said.
Bateman was friendly but did not seem to know she was meeting a massive '80s star.

'Britani, again thanked me for being a fan while Jared lamented being made to be the villain of the show,' Gilbert said.
'I said, I understood. I’d done my time on a reality show years before…then Britani did an Irish Goodbye..just peaced out completely … she ran to a cab..leaving the three of us standing there while Jared continued to tell us about all the things he said that didn’t make it on the air……'
There was more to the story.
'Then Jared did a version of the same Irish Goodbye to catch up with her and poof, they were gone. We then continued on our merry way. I’m pretty sure they had no idea who they were talking to.'
She finished with the hashtag, 'there's no business like show business.'
