Jake Gyllenhaal and Cate Blanchett found themselves awkwardly bending forward in their seats at the Emmy Awards to stay out of Selena Gomez' picture.
Selena was sitting behind them, with her fiancé Benny Blanco on one side of her and her Only Murders in the Building co-star Steve Martin on the other.
When a photographer tried to get a snap of Selena, Jake and Cate had to duck uncomfortably downwards to stay out of the frame.
They were reduced to fits of helpless laughter as they tried to oblige Selena, 33, in a hilarious video that instantly went viral, taken by E! News.
'Can you drop down further?' Steve, 80, deadpanned, leaving Jake, 44, and Cate, 56, giggling as they complied - though Cate then mischievously stuck one of her hands up so that she was partly blocking the view of Selena's face.
'No, put your hand down!' a man offscreen scolded her, which only made her and Jake laugh even harder. 'Hand's in the way! Hand's in the way!'

Selena and Steve also saw the humor in the situation, chuckling through the exchange, while Benny sat grinning calmly nearby.
At another point in the evening, Selena leaned forward to give Cate a hug from behind, which the Oscar-winning actress warmly returned.
Both Steve and Selena are executive producers on Only Murders in the Building, which was nominated for best comedy series but lost to Seth Rogen's The Studio.
Meanwhile Cate was up for outstanding lead actress in a limited series or movie for Disclaimer, an erotic thriller from Gravity director Alfonso Cuaron.
Sean Penn's latest ex-wife Leila George features as a younger version of Cate's character, amid a cast including Kevin Kline, Lesley Manville and Sacha Baron Cohen.
This Sunday Cate lost the award to How I Met Your Mother star Cristin Milioti for The Penguin, an HBO miniseries led by Colin Farrell as the titular Batman villain.
Jake was in contention for best lead actor in a limited series or movie for Presumed Innocent, in which he plays a man whose workplace affair goes south when his lover is murdered and he becomes a suspect.
Created by David E. Kelley - the man behind Ally McBeal and Big Little Lies - the miniseries is adapted from a 1980s novel by Scott Turow that was also made into a 1990 movie starring Harrison Ford in the role Jake has just played.

Jake lost the Emmy this Sunday to Stephen Graham for Adolescence, in which he plays the father of a 13-year-old boy accused of murdering a female schoolmate.
The boy was portrayed by Owen Cooper, who also took home gold that night, becoming at age 15 the youngest person ever to win an acting Emmy.
Owen has described Jake as the 'number one' celebrity he wanted to meet - and in a viral video posted by Netflix the day before the Emmy Awards, Jake surprised the child actor by showing up at his hotel room, leaving him ecstatic.
Jake also sweetly gave Owen the pre-show gift of a ceramic 'lucky duck,' explaining that he once 'made this movie and I got nominated for an Academy Award, and a friend of mine sent me this before - something just like this.'
